A 16-foot dual-leaf driveway gate hand-forged from 1.5-inch solid square stock, finished in marine-grade powder coat to withstand salt air. Integrated keypad entry and remote actuator.
Full structural steel package for a 4,200 sq ft mezzanine in a distribution facility — including W-beams, columns, bracing, and stair stringers. All welds AWS D1.1 certified and passed third-party inspection.
A custom spiral stair railing for a renovated third-floor condo. Each baluster was hand-twisted and radiused to match the existing tread pitch. Finished in a hand-rubbed oil patina to complement the historic brick interior.
A 220-foot wrought iron fence from a historic cemetery, brought back from severe corrosion. We replicated missing spear finials using original hand-forging techniques, then applied a hot-dip galvanized and black lacquer finish.
Custom blackened steel partitions and shelving for a downtown restaurant. Includes a suspended bar-back rack, entryway screens, and metal-framed booth surrounds. All finishes done in-house with a hand-applied wax patina.
A three-panel hand-forged fireplace screen with matching poker, tongs, and shovel. The screen frame is solid 3/8-inch square stock with a decorative scroll top. All pieces finished in black wax with brass accents.
A 42-foot aluminum gangway and dock ramp for a commercial marina. Includes reinforced handrails, non-slip decking, and pivoting connection plates rated for tidal variance. Fabricated and delivered within an eight-week window before launch season.
Over 500 linear feet of powder-coated steel guardrail and 24 cast-steel bollards installed along a public waterfront park. Project executed under a municipal contract with prevailing wage requirements.
Restoration of original 1890s barn door rollers and track for a private residence. Missing components were hand-forged to match the originals, and the entire assembly was cleaned, primed, and finished in authentic black oxide.

A full exterior ironwork package for a private oceanfront estate: entry gates, driveway fencing, pool enclosure, deck railings, and hand-forged light fixtures. The client requested a cohesive design language that referenced the property's shingle-style architecture while holding up to direct salt spray.
The entire project spanned four months and over 1,200 linear feet of finished ironwork. All components were hot-dip galvanized and finished with a two-stage marine-grade coating system. We delivered and installed on-site with a three-person crew over a nine-day window.
